We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should it need more timely, then we will inform you on this.
You can also contact the Department of mediation Webshop Keurmerk where Watch Star is affiliated. If the mediation effort for some reason do not lead to a satisfactory solution, then it is possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. When your order is shipped you will receive them a message from us with a Track & Trace code. This TT code, you can easily and quickly check the status of your order at the site of the package delivery. In all cases, your order will be assured free safe!
If you, for whatever reason do not want to take it, you have the right to return it within fourteen days after delivery and to terminate the contract. You get your purchase price in which case a full refund.
Returns are accepted only if item is undamaged and unused and the original packaging and any plastic seal also undamaged. Send the article including all accessories and the original invoice in proper packaging to:

Exhibits article defects or later defects come forward, then you can claim on our guarantee. On all our items, the manufacturer's warranty for a period of two years applies. Read the warranty card for details.
